    Our classes are intended for general health, fitness, relaxation, and wellness purposes only. They are not          intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered a                  substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 

2. Medical Fitness:

    By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in yoga and              related wellness activities. If you have any medical condition, injury, illness, are pregnant, or have any                concerns regarding your ability to participate safely, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional      before participating.

 

3. Personal Responsibility:

    Participants are responsible for:

    •Practising within their own physical limits.

    •Following the instructor's guidance.

    •Stopping immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.

    •Seeking appropriate medical attention where necessary.

 

4. Safe Practice Environment:

    As our classes are conducted online, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your practice environment      is safe, free from hazards, and provides adequate space to participate comfortably. You are also                        responsible for using any yoga equipment appropriately and ensuring it is suitable for your practice.

 

5. Limitation of Responsibility:

    Maa Kali Studio and its instructors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or related        to participation in our classes, subject to applicable law.
