By booking any class, membership,            package, or purchasing any product through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,    and agree to this Policy.

1. Scope:

    This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all classes, memberships, packages, products, and other                   services offered by Maa Kali Studio through our website.

 

2. Participant Cancellations:

    Fees paid for classes, memberships, or packages are non-refundable if a participant:

    •Chooses to cancel their booking.

    •Chooses to discontinue their participation.

    •Fails to attend a scheduled class.

    •Is unable to attend for any reason.

    No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided in the above circumstances.

 

3. Cancellations by Maa Kali Studio:

    If Maa Kali Studio cancels a scheduled class and is unable to provide an alternative session, participants will        be eligible for a refund for the cancelled class or the unused portion of the fees, as applicable.

 

4. Refund Processing:

    Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment gateway used for the transaction and        credited to the original payment method, subject to the payment gateway's policies and processing                    timelines.

 

    Maa Kali Studio is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment gateways, or other              financial institutions during the refund process.

 

5. Suspension or Termination:

    Participants who are suspended or removed from classes due to inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, or                 disrespectful behaviour, or for violating Maa Kali Studio's Terms & Conditions, will not be entitled to any              refund.

 

 

6. Amendments:

    Maa Kali Studio reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions      will be published on this website and will become effective from the date of publication. Continued use of          our website, services, or products after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised            Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

    This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of                   India.

 

     Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be subject to the                           exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
